Bob’s Discount Furniture in Solon, OH is seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee real-time analysis, coordination, and balance of Receiving Operations. You will allocate tasks, record inbound deliveries, and provide administrative support to the Receiving Managers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role requires 3+ years in warehouse leadership, strong multitasking and attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
• Detail oriented with ability to recognize trends in productivity data.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Receiving Operations tasks in real time.
• Record and report inbound deliveries.
• Support reporting and issue resolution between host system and WMS.
• Provide administrative support for the Receiving Managers.
• Assist put-away and unloading operations as needed.
