Job summary

Intigral-Inc in Ohio is seeking a Receiving Lead to coordinate day-to-day receiving, material movement, and ensure inventory accuracy. You will supervise the receiving team when the Receiving Manager is unavailable and set standards for safety, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, inspecting materials, labeling and storing correctly, processing transactions in Solomon, prioritizing tasks for production needs, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory, manufacturing, or material-handling operations; lead experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift operation experience; certification or ability to certify; overhead crane experience preferred.
• Inventory management or ERP system experience required; Solomon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks, verify shipping documentation, and inspect materials for damage, quantity, or labeling issues.
• Label, identify, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Complete accurate receiving, transfer, adjustment, and material-movement transactions in Solomon.
• Prioritize receiving and material movement to support production needs and communicate shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and follow proper procedures for handling glass and other potentially hazardous materials.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving and warehouse areas and store materials to prevent damage and maintain safe access.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Shipping, and other departments to resolve material issues and maintain flow.
• Provide daily direction, priorities, coaching, and training to receiving/warehouse employees when the manager is unavailable.
• Hold team members accountable, identify improvement opportunities, and promptly report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or damaged material.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory, manufacturing, or material-handling operations preferred; lead experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience required, including certification or ability to become certified; overhead crane experience preferred.
• Inventory management or ERP system experience required; Solomon experience preferred.
• Strong inventory-control, computer-accuracy, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and support a fast-paced production team.
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability, good judgment, and strong work ethic.

Education and/or Experience

• High school education or equivalent.
