Job summary

INTIGRAL, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Lead to coordinate day-to-day receiving and material movement in our Kentucky facility.

You will oversee the receiving team, ensure accurate paperwork, label and store materials, and keep the warehouse safe and organized. You will work with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Shipping and other departments to resolve issues, coach staff, and report shortages or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or material-handling operations; lead experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required or ability to become certified.
• Inventory management or ERP system experience required; Solomon preferred.
• Strong inventory-control, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced production team.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and verify documentation.
• Label, identify, and store incoming materials.
• Enter receiving and material movements in Solomon.
• Prioritize receiving to support production needs and address shortages promptly.
• Provide daily direction and coaching to warehouse staff when management is unavailable.
• Maintain safe, clean receiving areas and report hazards or damaged materials.

Description

The Receiving Lead coordinates day-to-day receiving and material movement to keep inventory accurate, materials available, and the warehouse safe and organized. The Lead supports and directs the receiving team when the Receiving Manager is unavailable and sets the standard for accountability, reliability, safe work, and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks, verify shipping documentation, and inspect materials for damage, quantity, or labeling issues.
• Properly label, identify, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Complete accurate receiving, transfer, adjustment, and material-movement transactions in Solomon.
• Prioritize receiving and material movement to support production needs and communicate shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and follow proper procedures for handling glass and other potentially hazardous materials.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving and warehouse areas and store materials to prevent damage and maintain safe access.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Shipping, and other departments to resolve material issues and maintain flow.
• Provide daily direction, priorities, coaching, and training to receiving/warehouse employees when the manager is unavailable.
• Hold team members accountable, identify improvement opportunities, and promptly report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or damaged material.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory, manufacturing, or material-handling operations preferred; lead experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience required, including certification or ability to become certified; overhead crane experience preferred.
• Inventory management or ERP system experience required; Solomon experience preferred.
• Strong inventory-control, computer-accuracy, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and support a fast-paced production team.
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability, good judgment, and strong work ethic.

Education and/or Experience

• High school education or equivalent.
