Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Receiving Supply Specialist in Marshville, North Carolina. The role handles receiving, inspection, and documentation of inbound goods using SAP and Windows-based systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements include strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a forklift/ pallet jack operation capability (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Document and process materials using SAP and Windows-based systems.
• Maintain organized records of received goods and inventory movements.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
