Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Receiving & Supply Specialist to manage inbound goods, documentation, and record-keeping. You will work with SAP and Windows-based systems, verify shipments, and maintain accurate inventory movements.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with forklift and pallet jack operation as part of daily responsibilities. This on-site position emphasizes reliability, detail orientation, and teamwork while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to respond to questions from managers and customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate a forklift/ pallet jack (certification preferred or willing to obtain).
• Experience with SAP and Windows-based systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Document and process materials using SAP and Windows-based systems.
• Maintain organized records of received goods and inventory movements.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
