Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Ames, IA is seeking a warehouse associate to manage shipments, receipts, and organizational duties in the Receiving area. You will develop and post delivery schedules, verify merchandise counts, and route items to correct locations while processing related documentation.

Additionally, you will uphold safety standards, perform safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions. A forklift certification and 18+ age are required or will be obtained within 30 days.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and processes shipments by developing delivery schedules and posting them.
• Receives merchandise, verifies counts, routes to proper locations, and pays expenses.
• Maintains Receiving area, follows procedures, and uses equipment properly.
• Ensures safety by following standards, conducts safety sweeps, and reports hazards.
• Completes tasks using company policies and collaborates with team and managers.
