Job summary

Walmart is seeking a warehouse team member in Ames, IA to manage shipments for Sam's Club operations. The role handles delivery schedules, receiving reports, merchandise routing, and expense processing while maintaining safety and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or will obtain within 30 days of job entry date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and processes shipments for the Club by developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, and paying expenses.
• Receives merchandise for the Facility and organizes the Receiving area by following procedures and using equipment safely.
• Tracks and processes claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, maintaining and cleaning the clearance area, and using technology for reporting.
• Complies with company policies and ethics by applying open door policy and executing business processes; collaborates with managers and teammates.
