• Receives merchandise and organizes the Receiving area following company procedures; verifies counts and routes items to proper locations.
• Tracks and processes claims, handles damaged goods, and maintains the clearance area; uses technology to capture required reporting.
• Adheres to safety standards and forklift procedures; reports unsafe situations to management.
• Supports ethics, integrity, and policy adherence through action plans and Open Door policy.
