U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking a Receiving Associate for our Cranbury, NJ location. The role supports the Distribution Team with accurate material receiving, inspection, and proper put-away to maintain inventory integrity.

The position requires basic computer skills, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Reach truck & sit-down forklift experience (certification may be required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inspects materials per Vendor Packing Lists & Purchase Orders.
• Puts away materials according to priority and procedures.
• Resolves receiving, put-away, returns, and process exceptions.
• Provides back-up support to the will-call center.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Follows safety protocols and procedures.
• Assists with other warehouse duties as assigned.
