Job summary

Southwest Accessories Group is hiring a Receiving Associate to manage inventory intake and put-away processes on a day shift. You will receive and track inventory, verify order details in the WMS, and ensure accurate inbound shipments on a daily basis.

Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer/RF scanner skills, and the ability to read numerals and English. Forklift experience and certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge.
• Ability to read numerals and English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• NetSuite experience is a bonus.
• Operate equipment (IE: sit-down forklift, stand-up Forklift, Cherry Picker, Deep Reach Truck).
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track inventory.
• Responsible for all daily inbound shipments with accuracy.
• Scan and verify order details in the WMS system.
• Put away all incoming inventory accurately.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
