Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support the lifecycle of incoming materials. You will handle shipments, verify materials against orders, and maintain accurate stock records.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment. Duties include processing incoming materials and ensuring proper handling of sensitive components.

This role offers a competitive pay range of $26.00 - $38.00 per hour along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or technical environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for the majority of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Accept, unbox, and process all incoming shipments.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain accurate stock records through regular cycle counts.

Skills

Experience in receiving, inventory, warehouse, or stockroom role

Proficiency with ERP or inventory management system

Ability to read and verify purchase orders and packing lists

Comfortable with barcode scanners and warehouse tools

Detail-oriented and calm under pressure

Education

High School diploma or equivalent certificate
