Cycle Gear Inc. is seeking a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate to manage backroom operations, process incoming stock, and assist customers with product knowledge.

You will handle inventory, price updates, and store presentation while contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will split time between receiving and selling hours, earning hourly base pay plus commission tied to meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and inventory handling is required.
• Ability to assist customers and hit sales goals.
• Familiarity with POS systems and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and process in POS system and organize inventory.
• Assist customers with product information and upsell where appropriate.
• Support weekly pallets and damaged goods reporting to Inventory Control.
