Job summary

Cycle Gear is seeking a Receiving Lead to manage backroom operations, receive products into the POS system, and keep stock organized for customer-ready shelves. You will help process pallets and coordinate with the Inventory Control Team to report damaged goods and ensure accurate in-stock levels.

Ideal candidates bring retail or inventory management experience, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, inventory management, or sales.
• Ability to work retail schedule, including nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong math, writing, and computer skills with cash handling.
• Experience with POS systems (RetailPro) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive products into the POS system and keep inventory organized.
• Process weekly pallets and report damaged items to Inventory Control.
• Work with management to ensure stock levels and proper merchandising.
