Job summary

You will handle all transactions with third party vendors and review invoice differences while promoting compliant operating conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important and appreciated, increasing confidence and loyalty.
• Manage Direct Store Delivery (DSD) ad plan, inventory and ensure merchandising aligns with CMA requirements and current plan; maintain in-stock conditions.
• Keep backroom, coolers and freezers organized and clean; maintain the supply depot.
• Report any invoice overages or shortages.
• Promote trust and teamwork; adhere to laws and guidelines; support inventory targets and weekly purchase summaries.
