Job summary

Red Dot Corporation, a leading producer of premium mobile HVAC units, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Receiving/Shipping area in Puyallup. You will perform a range of warehouse duties, operate lift trucks, and ensure accurate data entry and inventory control.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse environment, ability to lift 35–50 lbs, and willingness to obtain forklift certification within 30 days. Shift is days with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Ability to access data on a computer and enter information accurately.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds and stand/bend frequently.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe unloading, receiving of parts and materials.
• Inspect deliveries, count accurately, and document before signing.
• Enter data in Oracle to receive parts and update inventory.
• Process receiving transactions and move inventory to put-away location.
• Create labels and license plate identifiers for receipts and WIP.
• Assist with quality checks and coordinate with QA as needed.
• Resolve receiving-related discrepancies with Purchasing/Accounting.
• Maintain supplier and carrier documentation for records and audits.
• Deliver parts to work centers and assist with scrap collection.
• Support inventory audits and improve process control.
