Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate delivery against orders and to support inventory processes. The role involves receiving shipments, updating records, and maintaining organized stockrooms.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and experience with data entry and inventory counting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Flexible scheduling based on business demands.
• Prior receiving and inventory-count experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Protect merchandise and prevent shrinkage.
• Receive shipments for all departments (except Food & Beverage) including UPS, FedEx, and vendor trucks; ship out packages.
• Record deliveries and verify product receipt; distribute paperwork to departments.
• Update Dataworks system with receiving details.
• Maintain stockrooms and shelving; ensure UPC labeling.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ergonomics/EMHP/HazCom programs.
