White Cap is hiring immediately for a Receiving Associate in Austin, TX. You will receive, count, store items and record data using our company software, while ensuring accurate stock handling and timely deliveries.

Preferred candidates have forklift experience, familiarity with Oracle, knowledge of construction products, and Spanish language skills. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and strong career growth within a stable, growing company.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar sales/order software.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.
