Job summary

Comoto Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Lead to manage the store backroom by receiving products into the POS, keeping inventory organized, and processing weekly pallets.

This role involves coordinating with the Inventory Control Team on damaged items and ensuring shelves and displays meet company standards. You would work with management to maintain in-stock levels, accurate pricing, and proper signage, while supporting Cycle Gear brands and the broader Comoto mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, inventory management, or customer service.
• Ability to work retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong computer skills and basic math for counting inventory and cash.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Interest in riding community is a plus.
• Experience with RetailPro POS system.

Responsibilities

• Receive products into the POS system and organize the backroom.
• Maintain accurate inventory and display standards.
• Process weekly pallets and report damaged items to Inventory Control.
• Collaborate with management to maintain stock levels and signage.
