This non-exempt role focuses on timely data entry, tracking shipments, and maintaining discrepancy follow-up with leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year similar experience.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, employees, vendors and buyers.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and proportions.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard software.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and monitors deliveries.
• Coordinates returns, rejections and credits via phone, in person, and email.
• Inputs high volumes of data into the computer for incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Checks quantities against purchase orders and specs.
• Records shortages and discrepancies and reports them.
• Provides friendly, efficient, professional customer service.
