Job summary

Baseball Lifestyle 101 in Denver seeks a Receiving Specialist to ensure accurate receipt of incoming goods, verify items against packing slips, and prepare stock for shelving. This role supports inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Reporting to the Receiving Manager, you will enter data into the warehouse system, label and sort items, and coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams. Requirements include 1+ year warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, invoices, and barcodes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product inspection.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments of merchandise and supplies.
• Verify product quantities, descriptions, and quality against packing slips, purchase orders, or invoices.
• Inspect items for damage or defects and report discrepancies or issues immediately.
• Enter receiving data into the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory software.
• Label, tag, and sort incoming products for proper placement in the warehouse.
• Work closely with inventory, quality control, and fulfillment teams to ensure proper flow of goods.
• Assist with returns or restocking processes as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving and staging areas in compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Follow all warehouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
