Biolase MG in Corona, CA is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. You will enter inventory data into Great Plains and help maintain precise stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stock management.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience with ERP systems; Great Plains is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Process inventory into Great Plains (ERP system).
• Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Communicate discrepancies with purchasing or management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.
