AMAX in Fremont, CA is seeking a warehouse and logistics associate to process system transactions, support inventories, and ensure accurate placement of parts using pallet jacks. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform daily cleaning, assist with receipt and delivery of goods, and gain hands-on experience operating equipment such as forklifts. Strong communication and basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel) are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with logistics staff.
• Willingness to learn equipment safety and operate warehouse tools.

Responsibilities

• Process system transactions for production and RTV orders.
• Support monthly/annual physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Place parts and goods in designated locations using pallet jacks or equipment.
• Perform daily cleaning to maintain a safe workspace.
• Dismantle, discard, or recycle materials per regulations and customer requirements.
• Learn to operate equipment safely to improve efficiency.
• Assist logistics with receipt and delivery of goods and other supervisor tasks.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be able to lift and carry loads of 40lbs independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; good time management.
• Forklift operation and warehouse experience preferred.
