Job summary

Liebherr-America, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Inspection Supervisor to lead the Incoming Inspection staff in the repair shop, coordinating with internal and external customers to keep repairs flowing at peak efficiency.

You will supervise the CS/LSL team, review time off, assist with payroll, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• 2–4 years related field experience, preferably in warehouse or repair facility.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the customer service incoming inspectors team.
• Ensure quality and quantity of work in CS/LSL team.
• Oversee repairs induction process per standards.
• Participate in employee evaluations and hiring/training.
