Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, serve as a store keyholder, and ensure efficient freight flow from unloading to the sales floor. You will maintain back stock and manage damaged goods to minimize profit loss.

The role includes directing Associates, upholding standards, and performing Manager on Duty duties such as opening and closing the store. A high school diploma and retail experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong customer and associate interaction.

Aufgaben

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area while keeping dock and exterior safe and orderly.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise and assist with displays.
• Prepare and process outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures.
• Direct the work of Associates assisting with freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty and assist with opening/closing the store.
