Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our New Jersey logistics center. The role focuses on accurate picking, receiving, put-away, cycle counting, and loading/unloading to ensure on-time delivery and 100% customer satisfaction.

You may lift heavy items and operate a forklift; level II requires at least 1 year of forklift experience. We offer benefits and overtime opportunities in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• For level I roles, no warehouse experience is required but preferred.
• For level II roles, at least 1 year of forklift/machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking, cycle counting, put away, and receiving to meet customer satisfaction.
• Receive and put away packages properly.
• Maintain integrity of the cycle count process in inventory control.
• Load/unload to ensure safe handling of trucks/trailers.
• Unpack and check goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Perform pick processes across Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.
