Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Receiving/Forklift Associate to join our Phoenix, AZ operations. You will unload trailers at the dock using forklift and pallet jack, ensuring safety and speed, with supervision from the Facilities Team Lead.

The role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, requiring forklift certification, ability to pass drug tests, and willingness to work on-site with varied shifts Monday through Saturday. Benefits include healthcare after 60 days, weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test and random tests during employment.
• Must be forklift certified (or complete in-house training).
• On-site availability with 8-hour shifts and 30-minute lunch break, weekends as needed.
• Able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team.
• Able to stand and walk for hours and follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly.
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts to unload product.
• Safely drive a forklift according to policy and the Safety Coordinator.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
