Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift operator at our Westborough, MA facility to move products in a temperature-controlled warehouse using electric forklifts, pallets, and related equipment. You will load/unload materials and document movements in our RF system, while strictly following safety standards.

The role requires basic math, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and tolerance for cold and hot storage environments, with weekend/shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius and up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting platform, or other devices under, over, or around loaded pallets and load/unload to designated areas.
• Record weights, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Lead safety inspections on truck chalking and glad-hand processes.
• Coordinate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety precautions.
