Rexel France is seeking a Receiving Office Associate to join our Platt team in Sumner, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receiving department’s desk, performing data entries, and handling communications. You will ensure accurate documentation related to inbound freight and maintain safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a distribution center and will be required to operate various warehouse equipment. Competitive pay range is $26.00 to $31.00 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of distribution center receiving experience.
• Successful completion of training in Zones 1 - 3 required.
• Certification to operate warehouse equipment; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Perform and complete all reconciles daily.
• Accurately document shipments and handle phone calls.
