Position: Receiving Coord - Supply Chain
Receives freight, supplies and equipment delivered to NWTHS. Stocks clinical departments with medical supplies and equipment and distributes supplies to all hospital departments. Delivers mail, records and supplies to off-site facilities and physician offices. Coordinates the receiving processes.
Receives shipments from vendors or freight lines. Stocks supply lockers. Distributes supplies and equipment to all hospital departments. Processes and maintains paperwork for receiving, inventory and Corporate purchase orders. Tracks patient-care equipment. Monitors expiration dates and stocks shelves. Communicates with hospital staff regarding shipments, supplies and equipment. Delivers to off-site facilities and physician offices. Coordinates the receiving processes.
