Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo seeks an entry-level Tech - Supply to receive freight, stock clinical departments, and manage inventory across the hospital. You will operate the inventory computer, track equipment locations, and deliver supplies to off-site facilities and physician offices.
The role requires attention to detail, ability to read English, and collaboration with hospital staff. Previous hospital or supply experience is preferred; High School Diploma or GED is desired.

Receives freight, supplies and equipment delivered to NWTHS. Stocks clinical departments with medical supplies and equipment and distributes supplies to all hospital departments. Operates the inventory computer, monitors issues/charges and equipment locations. Delivers mail, records and supplies to off-site facilities and physician offices. Performs equipment cleaning procedures as needed.

Education, Training, Experience and Licenses/Registrations Required:
High School Diploma or GED desired.
Previous hospital or supply experience preferred.
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to communicate with staff
Ability to cope with and remain calm under stress
Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels for prolonged periods
Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation
Ability to discriminate color
Bending and lifting (0-50 lbs), grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling (up to 100 pounds) and prolonged standing and or/sitting
