Job summary

ESPEC North America, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join our Materials Department. You will assist with unloading, inspecting, and receiving materials to keep operations flowing.

The schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some overtime. Qualifications include a high school diploma, forklift ability, basic computer skills, and NetSuite experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn; training provided.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure required.
• 1–3 years of receiving experience preferred.
• Previous experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, inspects, and receives incoming materials to ensure quantity and quality.
• Operates a forklift or pallet jack to move goods as needed.
• Inspects shipments for damages and records findings.
• Delivers received goods to the materials department.
• Scans and emails packing slips to the appropriate personnel.
• Reads, sorts, checks, counts, and verifies purchase orders and quantities.
