Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

With a drive for engineering excellence that can only come from over 30 years in automotive racing and our long-term relationship with the Penske Corporation, we’re setting higher standards for marine engine performance. Ilmor is currently the sole engine supplier for MasterCraft’s full line of tow sport crafts. Business travel may be required to North Carolina for training and inventory movement during the first 90 days.

Job Summary

Our Receiving Coordinator is on the front-line of inbound shipments to Ilmor Marine and will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, fast-paced fulfillment of our assembly line, friendly interactions with delivery drivers, loading/unloading trailers using a forklift/hi-lo, and and developing scalable receiving processes for our growing eCommerce segment.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments.
• Ensure shipment accuracy for all outgoing orders to maintain Ilmor’s high level of expectations for Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to parts ordering
• Prepare or review documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes.
• Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices, such as forklift, hand truck, conveyor, or sorting bins.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Required Skills

• 2 + years of experience in Shipping & Receiving or related logistics responsibilities
• Confident operation of a forklift / hi-lo
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communicator and collaborator
• Able to work hard and maintain quality standards with tight deadlines
