MAP International is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage receipt of medicines and medical supplies in the Distribution Center. You will enter data in HELM, place products, and coordinate receiving activities with the inventory team and 3PL partners.
The role requires carrying out safe forklift operations and maintaining accurate records while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This position is responsible for receiving all product shipments within the Distribution Center. Activities will involve processing the receipt of medicines and medical supplies, data entry into the inventory management system, and placing product in the Distribution Center.
This position will report to the Logistics & Inventory Supervisor and will be part of the of the Operations Team. The Receiving Coordinator will not have any direct reports.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Position will require a person to lift and move boxes in excess of 30 lbs. Position required employees to stand, bend, crouch, twist the duration of their shift. Employee should be able to walk unassisted. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus during significant computer related work.
