The role emphasizes timely data entry, accuracy, and proactive communication with managers, vendors, and buyers. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, handling returns/credits, and maintaining professional customer service in a busy warehouse environment in Phoenix.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year similar experience in receiving or warehouse roles.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers and staff.
• Basic math including discounts and quantities.
• Computer literacy for data entry and record keeping.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude.

Mansioni

• Schedules and monitors deliveries and receiving activities.
• Communicates via phone, in person, and email to coordinate returns and credits.
