Hilton in the United States is seeking a Receiving Clerk to help keep our hotels running smoothly and ensure guests enjoy seamless service. You’ll be involved in procurement support, verifying deliveries, and delivering items to departments with accuracy.

You’ll also process invoices, assist with inventory tracking, and communicate shortages to supervisors as needed, contributing to reliable operations and guest satisfaction.

• Process invoices: Receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment
• Assist with inventory tracking: Conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages or discrepancies
