Job summary

Hilton Birmingham is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage efficient check-in/check-out, and provide knowledgeable local information to ensure a memorable stay. You will support guests with a positive, responsive attitude and strong hospitality standards.

Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional service across busy shifts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

As a Guest Service Agent, you’re not just ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
