Job summary

Dometic, a global leader in mobile living solutions, is seeking aReceiving Clerk for our Sparta, TN site. You will receive and inspect incoming raw materials, verify quantities, and distribute items to the correct locations, prioritizing urgent materials and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will operate forklifts, support production with parts pulling, and collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Familiar with Bills of Lading, Packing Lists and Purchase Orders.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Receive all raw materials and inspect incoming freight.
• Unload and inspect for damage.
• Report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Distribute materials to proper locations.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklift.
• Verify items match orders during unload.
• Pull parts for job orders daily.
• Maintain organized, safe work area.
• Perform cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
• Communicate with purchasing on special instructions.
