Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree/Trade/Technical School preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift and have valid licenses.
• Strong communication skills and collaborate with other employees.
• PC computer and data entry skills are a must.
• Strong mathematical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and cycle count materials in a factory environment.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials to designated locations.
• Count incoming products accurately and in a timely manner; verify packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Enter received goods into the computer system and prepare daily negative reports.
• Review cycle count request forms, identify causes of discrepancies, and enter corrections.
• Perform cycle counts by part number and storage location.
• Record quantity and location differences in the system and track results in cycle count reports.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
