Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is hiring for warehouse operations roles in Olive Branch, MS. This first-shift, on-site position reports to the Operations Manager and offers competitive hourly pay with weekly bonuses and opportunities for overtime.

You will handle inbound receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control using WMS and modern material handling equipment. Training across distribution areas is provided, with potential certification on forklift/MHE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• 1 year of warehousing experience required.
• EPJ experience required.
• Able to operate Dock Stocker and Reach Truck forklift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available Monday–Friday 7 am–3:30 pm and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders as part of Commissary team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on forklifts and MHE.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory, count product and correct discrepancies.
• Use WMS and tech with mobile scan guns and tablets.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Pursue forklift/MHE certification.

About This Position

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Develop teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is afull-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• 1 Year Of Warehousing Experience Is REQUIRED.
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience is REQUIRED.
• Current/Previous Inventory Experience PREFERRED.
• Able to operate a Dock Stocker is REQUIRED.
• Able to operate a Reach Truck AND Dock Stocker Forklift is REQUIRED.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity wit computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
• Able to work weekends when needed.
