Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., operates a warehouse and distribution environment with on-site work. You report to the Operations Manager and support inbound, order fulfillment, and outbound activities. Training across distribution departments is emphasized; you may specialize in a specific area.

The role is full-time, onsite, with benefits beginning day one. Prior warehousing and EPJ/RF scanning experience are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate MHE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of warehousing experience is required.
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience required.
• RF scanning or handheld scanner experience required.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select products for customer orders in Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage and load pallet orders using forklifts and MHE.
• Load delivery trucks and manage inventory counts and corrections.
• Use WMS systems with mobile scan guns and tablets to fulfill orders.

About This Position

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager. Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day. We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• You will build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.

We prefer experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.

Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• 1 Year Of Warehousing Experience Is REQUIRED.
• Previous/Currently Picking and Packing of Warehouse Orders REQUIRED
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) Experience Is REQUIRED.
• Stand Up Counterbalance experience PREFERRED
• RF Scan Gun REQUIRED
• Able to operate a Walkie Rider is REQUIRED
• Forklift Experience Is PREFERRED
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
