Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join an excellent team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role involves operating forklifts, pallets jacks, and reach trucks, while supporting supervisors to meet productivity goals. Willingness to work in refrigerated/freezer/non-climate-controlled areas is required.
Pay is $24.72 per hour with a $1.00 shift incentive. Schedule features 3:30pm starts with 10–12 hour shifts, weekends/holidays required, and potential to cover other
Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. Provides support and some supervision to regular warehouse associate functions. Works closely with Operations Supervisors to ensure employee productivity expectations are met. Provides a variety of responsibilities to meet the supervisors' expectations. Applicants must be willing to work in refrigerated, freezer and non-climate-controlled environments.
$24.72 per hour +$1.00 shift incentive
3:30pm start time until work is completed (10-12 hours)

Using various forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
Executes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor
Train new hires on processes and job duties
Expert in warehouse functions
Leads & complies with Safety and Well Being efforts on assigned shift
Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
Move materials within the warehouse
Communicate with associates from other shifts
Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
