Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a part-time receiver in Quincy, MA. The role involves inspecting shipments, organizing products, and updating purchase orders within the internal inventory system, while adhering to HACCP procedures.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required and lifting up to 25 lbs is needed. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, coordinating with merchandising to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receiver in a retail setting preferred.
• Good computer skills, communication skills, and time management.
• Detail-oriented, active listening and critical thinking.
• Experience in using forklift and other processing equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect vendor or internal shipments to ensure products meet standards and regulations
• Identity damaged or mislabeled products, follow SOPs, and return them to vendors
• Organize products to designated places based on receiving procedures
• Input, update, and modify purchase orders, labeling, storage information, and product logging information through internal inventory system and HACCP
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, report potential risks to managers if needed
• Coordinate with merchandising managers to monitor inventory deliveries
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $15.00 To $17.00 Hourly

Salary

The pay for this job is $15.00-$17.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
