99 Ranch Market is hiring a customer service–oriented cashier/associate in Concord, CA to greet customers, identify items, and process transactions. The role includes stocking, price updates, online order processing, and maintaining clean work areas.

• Handle customer suggestions and complaints for retention.
• Review, create, and apply new price batches; update prices in the system; ensure tags/signage are correct.
• Process online orders according to procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; adhere to internal procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Properly handles customer suggestions and complaints for customer retention.
• Review, create, and apply new batches. Update prices in the system. Make various sizes of price tags, and ensure price tags and signage are correctly labeled.
• Process online orders according to company procedures.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas, and comply with internal procedures.
• Perform other duties as for business needs.

Requirements:

• Able to periodically stand for long periods.
• Able to carry objects over 25 lbs.
• Available to work flexible schedules (afternoon shifts, weekends & holidays).
• Non-US Citizen applicants must have a legal work permit.

The pay range for this job is between $16.5 and $ 18 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
