Tech West Vacuum Inc is seeking a motivated inventory associate to receive shipments, stock inventory, and support warranty/returns processes. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and forklift familiarity, with Monday–Friday on-site hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory according to procedures.
• Process returns and warranty claims as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and legible documentation.
• Stock shelves and backfill inventory as required.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Allocate parts for assembly staff and support other departments.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed by management.

We are looking to hire a highly self-motivated and engaged individual with a passion for performing. The primary objective in this role is receiving incoming shipments of goods, materials, equipment, etc., keeping the inventory shelves stocked/organized, and facilitating returns and warranty claims. The person in this role will work closely with office staff, assembly personnel, and management. This role does require the person to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on their feet for up to 6 hours per day. Applicant will need to be comfortable using a forklift (on job certification can be provided).

This is an onsite role and the schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.
