Mittera in Berkeley, Illinois, is seeking a Receiving Clerk to serve as a liaison between the accounting and shipping departments. This role involves ensuring timely billing and proper application of freight costs while managing incoming and outgoing shipping activities.
The successful candidate will handle logistics, maintain documentation quality, and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include operating machinery and assisting in shipping tasks. A high school diploma and relevant experience are essential for this position.
The Receiving Clerk will act as a liaison between the accounting department and the shipping department. The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for jobs being billed on time, freight costs being properly applied to their job number within Pace and that all support for freight costs and received purchase orders are received and delivered to the correct party, i.e. accounting, PM/CSR, corporate accounts payable department and/or project managers. This position will be part of the shipping team, working in the shipping department.
