Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Beverly, MA is seeking a dedicated Receiving Associate to join our team. You will process product deliveries, maintain backstock and cooler areas, and ensure the receiving area is secure and organized to support store operations.

You will work with Team Leaders and Store Leadership, adhere to health and sanitation procedures, and use department logbooks and other tools to keep accuracy and safety at the forefront of daily receiving tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Working knowledge of IRMA
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Process all product deliveries and verify with invoice
• Maintain backstock area and cooler, and keep receiving area organized
• Ensure proper stocking and storage of refrigerated items
• Document transfers and waste using proper forms
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safety practices
• Operate equipment safely and follow lifting techniques
• Communicate with team and attend scheduled meetings
• Record time accurately and wear required PPE
