Job summary

VanTran Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Colorado.

You will inspect, verify, and process incoming shipments, ensure accuracy, and document receipts to support inventory integrity and production readiness. Responsibilities include comparing deliveries with purchase orders, labeling and organizing goods, recording receipts in the ERP system, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to resolve discrepancies and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse/receiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Record receipts in the ERP/inventory management system.
• Label, organize, and route materials to appropriate storage or production areas.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
