Job summary

ADInstruments in Colorado Springs is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our North American warehouse. You will handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and light administrative tasks to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Responsibilities include packing and shipping, labeling and organizing stock, preparing materials for events, and data entry of vendor bills and serial numbers in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Pack and ship customer orders, unpack incoming vendor shipments, and organize incoming mail.
• Inventory Management: Label, store, and deliver inventory; manage demo equipment; and keep track of packing supplies.
• Event Logistics: Prepare and pack marketing materials and equipment for tradeshows.
• Admin & Data Entry: Enter vendor bills into our database and record serial numbers in our CRM system.
