Job summary

FOX Factory in Michigan is seeking a Receiving Associate to receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments, ensuring materials are accurately recorded and stored to support production and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include unpacking, routing items, keeping records, and operating a forklift; education HS diploma; no experience required but 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred; manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: No experience required, but 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift experience as a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and communicates with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Routes items to departments.
• Keeps records on incoming shipments and returns.
• Operate forklift or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• May direct others in receiving incoming shipments.
