Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. in Coldwater, MI is seeking a Forklift Driver/Material Handler to support production through material handling, loading and unloading, and inventory accuracy. The role requires forklift certification and prior warehouse experience.

You will move materials to and from storage, label and store items, and maintain ERP/MRP records while supporting production schedules. The job emphasizes safety, reliability, and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of forklift experience.
• Certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with raw materials and components per work orders.
• Remove finished goods, scrap, and waste from production areas.
• Receive, label, store, and issue materials according to manufacturing schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (as required).
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems and maintain accurate records.
• Other duties as assigned
